“I have relied on Trip Overholt’s design/build services for years. He understands how to create spaces from the soil to completed construction.  Trip has supervised septic projects, well water projects, pond creating projects, and road grading projects for me over time. He’s also built foundations, and additions, whole buildings, and conducted major renovations for me.  Together Trip and I have done major “re-development projects.”  With Trip I have created masterpieces.  He’s good at communicating, and has offered me many “corrective lens” for some of my construction ideas. Trip is part optometrist, part therapist, part general contractor, part builder.  It’s helpful to have Trip’s visionary genius on hand.  He can frame, tile, plumb, wire, pour concrete, change the grade, and make just about any project come to fruition.
